When a host books you, gathyr places a seat hold and reconfirms the headcount a week out, a day out, and the day of. No more holding twelve seats for four people.

Regulars, not walk-ins

Gatherings repeat. The group that meets at your place in March is often still meeting there in September.

Hosts are steered toward your slow evenings, because that's when a quiet room feels best anyway.

Every gathering carries community guidelines, and hosts agree to hold them. Members can report and block. Your staff aren't left to manage it alone.

How joining works

2 · We review it by hand, so every space fits the community.
3 · Once you're approved, pick a plan and pay. You're selectable the same day.
4 · Cancel any time. You stay listed until the period you've paid for ends.
